Lights will be mounted to the bottom of the car, not the trunk panel. They will stay in place when the trunk panel lifts.
Rear camera
The 8 pin MX150L will be mounted to the firewall, with the connecting face towards the passenger compartment. We can make the harness fixed in the car this way.
The MX150Ls are only waterproof on the plug side not on the panel mounted side,so we might want to consider placement a little more closely near the trunk lines.
~6” from the back edge of the car to get a 3cm height for the MX150Ls

Note - we may switch to just having 1 BPS strobe (not alternating) but the most pins we would require is 8 using the configuration shown, so protecting for that.
