The Sponsorship Package is used to communicate who we are and why potential sponsors should contribute to our team. Among other things it contains a description of our team, our team history and sponsorship perks.
The Sponsorship Package should accompany follow-up emails early in an engagement.

MSXII Photos & Media
Our sponsorship team is incredibly lucky to have one of the most aesthetically pleasing solar cars built in the past couple of years. This is a perk we should use to our advantage. The Sponsorship Package contains numerous photos of MSXII but I would highly recommend accompanying follow-up emails with photos from competition and links to some media coverage we got.
