Image result for tesla chassis

Lightweight chassis (does not conform completely to aerobody). Composed of just a chassis floor with a roll cage (just enough to mount suspensions and steering).

The aerobody should be structural enough to support itself. If not thin extension members can be implemented from the chassis to help support the aerobody.

No reason for the chassis to be as large as the aerobody.

Imagine the Tesla bottom chassis but with a roll cage.
