1. Read the /wiki/spaces/MAN/pages/1631715329 and follow instructions within the plan. Please note the cleaning and area usage procedures, and attached documents on the page.

2. Complete the LEARN course: “Return to Campus Safety during COVID-19” (SO 2036). You need to self-enroll in this course. This course is no longer required.

3. Send Catherine Cai (on Slack) your:

   1. Statement A statement of declaration that you have completed the courseread and understood all required documents.

   2. Full Name

   3. Student ID #

   4. Digital Signature (you can write this on a blank paper and take a picture, or create a digital signature). Please try to use a white/light background if possible.

4. Attend a Midnight Sun safety training and information session. Even if you have completed the past 2 items above previously, you still must attend a session to review the safety plan and onsite rules.

   1. Thurs. Sept. 16 @ 7 PM ET

   2. Thurs. Sept. 16 @ 9 PM ET

   3. Sat. Sept. 18 @ 2 PM ET

   4. Other sessions TBD, will be announced next General Meeting
