Attend a Midnight Sun safety training and information session. Even if you have completed the past 3 2 items above previously, you still must attend a session to review the safety plan and onsite rules.

Join #mech-onsite and/or #elec-onsite depending on which subteam you are on. General announcements will be sent to both.
Make sure you have proper PPE (e.g. medical, cloth masks, etc.) to prepare for going onsite. **New for starting Spring 2021: Please bring your own safety glasses/goggles or face shields. We have some extra in the bay but those must be cleaned after every use.
Wait for instructions and tasks from leads and the onsite channels before signing up for a slot in the calendar to go onsite. (Look out for tasks, many are coming on the way!)
Note: please don’t sign up for a slot in the calendar unless you have confirmed with your subteam leads or signed up for sessions.
