  • Discuss confluence organization / how it will be integrated into workflow
  • Fall 2016 projects for MSXI - projects to give to new members as a way to introduce them to to the team (as we discussed in our debrief)
  • SVN for MSXII?

Discussion items

  • Three weeks until recruitment
  • SVN: not critical path at this point but we need to start looking into how we handle SVN for MSXII
  • Minghao and Matt will get on confluence
  • Tasks for new recruits: 
    • look into how a parking break could be added to MSXI
    • Get the main brakes working on MSXI
    • Do cause of failure analysis on steering and recommend solution for a future car
    • Reinforce wheel wells
    • Make composite samples and do strength testing
    • Design better steering column that routes wires better

Action items

  • Devon Copeland and Matt Suski will start documenting the above under the MSXI section on confluence 
  • Matt, Aaron and Tak will likely be going to the solar car expo in October
  • Need to talk to first year classes as some point in September to do recruitment
