Purpose:

To find a garage or shop space suitable for us to do work in. This will help drive progress and allow us more freedom in our manufacturing and engineering decisions.

It can basically be a mini-bay and needs water, hydro, and preferably quick access to the outside (like a garage door).

 Justificaiton, extended

The first headache this can alleviate is the COVID regulations set in place by the safety office. Progress is difficult to come by, even with perfect scheduling, if only 5 people are allowed to work at a time. To say our bay has less working capacity than Lazeez is just daylight robbery at this point.

The second is the constant back and forth regarding storage and space that we are using. In particular, the side panel molds and the bottom molds. Having a secondary workspace under our purview allows us to store molds until we believe it is time to dispose of it. For example, the bottom mold is still needed until chassis integration but the SDC would have preferred to have it tossed much much earlier.
