We want to be certain of which areas of the Chassis are reserved for what project so that there is no overlap.
This page includes the slides for the meeting that took place on January 30, 2021 that consisted of the first reservations for Chassis mounting locations.
Any Chassis mounting locations reservations placed from then on should be approved through Tommy Tran [Mechanical Lead] and the mounting location should be added into the same slides.
Below is a clear procedure on how to submit a mounting location onto the Chassis after Jan-30-2021:
First review the Google Slide Deck to see the previously approved Chassis mounting locations. If the mounting location of interest is already taken. Stop there! and find another location. These designs will likely be in their final stages of design or manufacturing meaning no changes can be made to them.
If your mounting location is not taken, create a slide in the Google Slide Deck in the appropriate sub-team location so that it can be easily conveyed to future viewers
Contact Tommy Tran [Mechanical Lead] about the proposal. He will look through the slides to give the final approval and ask any clarifying questions if necessary.
