Background

1.) First, could you just give me a bit of background on how the car’s control system in general works?

2.) Which parts of your car are controlled by physical buttons and knobs, vs. the infotainment screen?

3.) What does the system do when you get in the car and turn it on? What does the ‘home screen’ look like?

Scenario #1: On the way to shop for groceries…

a.) Are these features that you use every time you drive? How often do you interact with them?
