Module/Pack Learnings:

  • Easier assembly/removal

  • Consider designing and testing removal using tools

  • Cell-fusing

    • My main concern is with vibrations, but would be a cool idea

  • Designing the top-plate can be removed without unbundling-wires @Ishan Garg

  • Changing the top-plate to have no heat-set inserts for hardware when there was no hardware

  • Leaving more than ~1mm spacings between cells in the pack

  • Design the bottom cover to not use hot glue

    • Would make it easier to disassemble whenever needed
