Mesh Convergence

It was brought up during the review with Kevin, that we should perform mesh convergence studies on our current studies before moving forward.

These are the results of those studies.

There is a tool that can automatically do a mesh convergence study.

Unfortunately, due to our beam tool definition of the chassis tubes, this tool is unavailable to us. Instead, I will be changing the minimum mesh

update: when I decreased the max element size from 25mm to 5mm; ansys was not able to solve? will revisit tmo. Maybe worthwile asking if any advisors know how we can get mesh convergence tool while sticking with beam elements
