Will be water jet cut from 2mm (ish) copper or whatever available sheets we have in the bay. We might have some 1.5mm sheets from MSXII, maybe 3mm sheets as well.

1.5mm sheets = 10-15mm at the thinnest part carrying the highest current.

 

 

Bolt holes on the 3 sides are M4.
