Manufactured Parts from RMC

We got the parts water jet cut at RMC.

Upon receiving the parts they seemed to fit pretty well with the rest of the parts.

 

There were still burrs, and still some residue on the parts - we should figure out how to clean this off.

Around the edges, where the copper is exposed, there is some oxidation. We should make sure to clean this off properly and seal the edges with the potting material or other method.

We still need to make the bending jig for the parts.

 

We also tested spot welding within the confined area that we have, and the probes seem to fit, but it is a little tight (which we knew this was the case going in).

We tested the crimp connectors that we are putting on and they fit pretty well.
