Instructions for machining of upper column mounting plate.

BOM

  • Use Mcmaster stock 9246K422 (0.25”x4”x48” aluminum plate).

Instructions/Drawing

  • Drawing is in imperical.

  • Cut a 4” (x4”x0.25”) rectangle out of the stock, this is the size of the plate.

  • Important dimensions are the distance between the three holes, both vertical and horizontal.
