In particular it will focus on MOV vehicle impound requirements and the scrutineering inspections that must be passed in order to utilize energy metering during the event. |

Found in Regulations, Section 13
Make sure you have a design operations strategy to consider all the factors used in calculating the S-value
If you fall below your target speed, it’ll kill your score
Unmetered charging → not optimal for partial charging (you are evaluated each time you use it)
For parts of the track with hills, the speed may be reduced
Recommended to drive a little bit above the target speed to give you a bit of leeway (you do not want to drop below it
There may be some things on this list that may not be evaluated but these are some ideas that might boost practicality scores
