Question 1: working with prepreg, dealing with limited resources. how have other teams done it
RAMP RATE!!!, air circulation in oven, tempco composite heating blankets, heat the mold somehow?
Question 2: core adhesion, the current adhesive film is kinda sketchy, mechanical solutions?
GET ADHESIVE FILM THAT CURES AT SAME TEMP AS CF WITH SAME VISCOSITY or else delam will be an issue, double layer of the adhesive film may also be nice
if approach with liquid epoxy, cure two skins and spread epoxy between layers and core. need - THICC EPOXY, spreads like peanut butter
thixotropic agents, like talcum powder. turns epoxy into a Newtonian fluid. UNSCENTED BABY POWDER, GLASS MICROSPHERES!!
Epoxy + hardener + talcum powder (or silica thickener mix, will turn resin white and thick.
Question 3: what about dealing with massive molds, ensuring accuracy laterally, vertically, and in the contours as well as surface finish

Question 4: FABRIC DRAPPING/CUTTING
fibersim, pamform? contact ESI group pam form. trucomposite from Autodesk, NX Fibersim is the best, but stupid expensive, could also use sheet metal unfolding or metal unfolding
