Spring Term:

  • Assembling Final Versions of Boards

  • Complete all board mounts

  • Complete all harnesses

  • Complete all enclosures

  • Assemble all items

No specific dates since COVID might just screw everything up… will use time estimates 😢

    • Connect power supply to each channel, verify lower and upper faults

  • Solar Sense → can test outside (tongue) (MPPT layout)

  • Don’t have a load to test motors… Need to put it on the car

  • Assemble final versions of most boards (excl. AFE, DCDC, Charger interface, MCI) (January)

    • HW validation for new versions

    • Notes:

      • Aashmika has the reflow at home to assemble most boards

      • if lockdown happens, this can still be done at Aashmika’s house.

    • Unit test boards once they return

      • if designs are flawed, board needs to be resent (at any stage)

  • Integrate into mockup (February) - must be onsite

    • Displays

    • Horn

    • Cameras

    • Telemetry Router

  • Mockup Testing

    • Solar

    • BMS Full (Pending Battery pack, and other testing)

    • MCI, Limit testing for Motors (includes carryover from F2020)

  • Complete all harnessing/make diagram for full vehicle (near EOT)

    • Note: this is offsite, if lockdown, will move this task to Jan

  • Saturday working sessions where everyone works together on discord and can separate into channels for specific questions
