We want to implement a routine and culture that continually cultivates sustainable mental health.

There are currently two mental health routines that can be implemented:

  1. 1on1 Check-In

  2. Group Check-In

These check-ins would occur every 2 weeks.

Legend:

  • Green - Easy to implement

  • Yellow - Implement with minor change

  • Orange - Implement with major change

  • Red - Absolute No
