Google Form Template | Only send out once you have a reliable supplier and accurate quotes. | Allow at least 2 weeks for responses. |
Confirmation of Order | Is essential and can be different from the invoice since many suppliers' prices rely on total volume of orders. | Should be sent out within a day of the Google Form closing. |
Order Invoice | This is completed after the final orders are given to the supplier and final prices are determined. Remember to include tax. | The timeline should be over one to two pay cycles. |
Notice of Outstanding Payment | Remind those who have not paid for their merch - especially if it is personalized. | One to two days after the deadline is reasonable. |
Make sure to regularly post in the Slack channels #general and #core about the status of the merch and upcoming deadlines.
