Trying to remove all added gussets.
This is an iteration of optimization focusing on the sheet metal. The change was very minor, just cutting down the width of the sheet metal reinforcement. The length of the sheet metal has already been experimented with a little bit in Rev 9 models.
Another idea for future reductions to the amount of sheet metal needed would be to cut the sheet metal down into individual gussets for each joint. Or possibly cut the sheet metal into 2 long strips to remove some material from the center of the sheet metal.
