Rod ends:
Put #4 onto the threads of #2 with the flat side facing away from the bearing. Twist the nut onto till approx 14mm from the end of the thread, do not tighten.
Thread the rod end onto #3, adjust the #2,4 and 3 until there is one thread to the left of the nut, then tighten the nut onto the tube side (highlighted). Repeat this for the other tie rod.
Weld #3 to #1 on both sides.

Follow the Tube End Welding Jig assembly instructions to weld the tube to the rod ends.
The highlighted faces are to be welded.
#1 is transparent to show the welded assembly.
Repeat for one more tie rod
