Under/over voltage test

This will be to test the OV/UP settings on the LTC4417. The UV/OV points are currently set to the following values with resistor dividers:

To test, lower and raise the voltage of power supply on each channel, until power LED shut down.

Channel switch over

This will be to test if the LTC4417 chip switch power channel when under/over voltage occur.

Connect two power supply, but lower and raise one power supply and check if the chip switch channel when uncer/over voltage threshold is triggered by using multi-meter on the nValid pin.

Switch over time

This will be to document how long the LTC4417 takes to switch between the protected and unprotected rails. Tests should be run in both directions to simulate startup and shutdown, and at various loads. Record the voltage where the switch occurred, as well as a capture showing the switch. Tests should be run for a 50% load and 100% load.
