Lights will no longer be sourced externally like in MSXII, and are a brand new addition to MSXIV. This will allow more flexibility in their design.
The lights boards will contain the lights themselves, the hardware necessary to keep them running in a stable manner, and components for heat dissipation. They will be controlled by rear power distribution or front power distribution depending on the individual light board.
