  1. Rod ends:
    Put #4 onto the threads of #2 with the flat side facing away from the bearing.

  1. Twist the nut till approx 14mm from the end of the thread, do not tighten.

  2. Thread the rod end onto #3, adjust the #2,4 and 3 until there is one thread to the left of the nut, then tighten the nut onto the tube side (highlighted). Repeat this for the other tie rod.

  3. Follow the Tube End Welding Jig assembly instructions to weld the tube to the rod ends.

    1. The highlighted faces are to be welded.
