This testing will be conducted when the car is on and outside, and the mppts are actively charging the battery, which will be measured by a current clamp. All the mppts from the rear panel will be connected to the main battery pack, and the array will be facing the sun. The following table summarizes the test results.

Note: the car first had to fully turn on for the current path to be tested. This meant taking out the battery box and fixing one of the mppts becuase of a BMS fault that did not allow the car to shift from the aux power supply to the main battery pack.
ADditional Additional note: the car is still not working, so we are going to test it by putting 6 50W 150mohm resistors in series to get maximum power out from the mppts, and measure the current passing through the resistors in series.
TESTING OUTSIDE IN THE SUN 2 MPPTs IN SERIES
today we are finally testing the car outside by placing a dc load in series on the output of two mppts. THe eload will be placed on the output of the two mppts, and the following table summarizes the notes. We are testing mppt labelled 2 as mppt1, and mppt labelled as 4 mppt 2.
