Initial sheet metal parts are cut by E3/supplier
Sheet metal parts are bent by supplier
Welded together at E3
8 small components which need to be CNC machined
can use anything left in bay, otherwise sourced
Handles - 3D print components
Pushrods - Laser cut from scrap/excess sheet metal from hinges
Pushrod mounts for stability? - 3D printed
Wire Routing Rods - 3D print
Use clevis pin to combine hinge arm and base
Use leftover Dynamics fasteners for combining intermediate w/ hinge and mounting on chassis
Latch mount and handle mount to be attached to car door using adhesive
Handles are assembled with torsion spring and pin
Pushrods are connected using dynamics fasteners, and potentially mounted for stability
Wires are routed using rods through interior panel - need to ensure there are cutouts/space
Only on front door, back door only uses pushrods
