Problem

Problem Statement

Current package is not up to date and does not include information about our current vehicle, MS-XIV. We are also looking to create additional packages with more focus on environmental sustainability and community involvement to better align with certain stakeholders.

Hypothesis

Updating the package will better inform stakeholders of our progress and position within our timelines. This will hopefully lead to more willingness to fund our project.

Background

We are doing this project to ensure that:

  • Potential donors and sponsors are aware of Midnight Sun’s current activities and plans

Introduction

The Sponsorship Package is the main document sent to prospective sponsors. It is our “First Impression” of the team and it is meant to introduce Midnight Sun/what we do.

During Spring 2020 we are aiming to update the sponsorship package to include:

  • Information about MSXIV - to make it more up-to-date

  • Information about our values - this includes education, community and sustainability. Including this will make it easier to apply for funding where these are specific requirements

  • Information about our budget - to give people a better idea where the money is going towards
