The steering interface board will have connections to the steering stalk (reusing the upper lever from MS12) for the turn signal inputs and headlight switch. It will have 5 through hole buttons on the board, for radio push-to-talk, the cruise control cluster (increase speed, on/off, decrease speed), and for the regen brake toggle. It will also have a connection to the horn (reused from MS12).
