The logistics team is the administration and strategic planning sub team of Midnight Sun.
Responsibilities Include:
- Competition logistics
- Internal and external outreach event planning
- Team building events
- Team swag/apparel
Goals for Winter 2017:
Critical:
- Add important events to the Google calendar
- Notify appropriate sub teams/people of events
- Plan and host team building event
- Source team jackets from a supplier and handle internal payment
Additional:
- Take inventory of race supplies in the bay
- Take inventory and organize contents of the cargo crate
