There is a lot of documentation on Confluence related to the battery box design and design process that dates back to the previous leads working on this MS14 design.
It would be useful to learn everything listed there, but for purposes of just skimming and the purpose of the design process, it might just be sufficient to browse through the home pages of each major task in the mechanical and electrical space related to the battery box.
Why? On these home pages, the previous leads have done a great job of highlighting context and design requirements, etc. (high-level information) that might be useful to keep in mind when guiding design decisions.
