Figure out all tasks that can be delegated + how can we make them so that those people can help the onsite team (creating BOMs, Digikey, test plans)
Role shifts / assignments --> onsite vs. offsite leads (onboarding), who needs support where ( people take stuff done but end up blocked or can’t --> how to minimize that, how to achieve the mental state to push or ask for support ) --> will people be more motivated if given more responsibilities?
