Extend width of catamaran cover by 17mm

Cut away the offending portion of the catamaran cover

Move battery modules 8.5mm towards the center of the pack

Reduce height of the balance wire guides (move the extra height to to top piece but keep the bolt location the same). This would allow the modules to be installed at a bit of an angle.

Make the catamaran cover wider to allow a direct vertical installation of the modules unobstructed.

Cam Latches would have to be re-positioned as well

This would require repositioning of a bunch of other components: Horizontal locating pieces, vertical holding pieces, etc.

I’m not sure if this would completely solve for being able to install the modules, but it would help.

Requires no changes to other interior components or placement.

It looks like we would need to cut off the wire guides at around the point that the fillet starts.
And cut off the cam latch covers on an angle.

We might have to cut off the reverse installation protrusions on the modules to make this happen (which I am not a fan of, but can be done).

We will be going with this option.
